  3. Eggs. Hard-boiled eggs are easy to make (put the eggs in a pot, add cold water to cover, bring to a boil, once it boils, leave to stand for seven minutes, remove from heat and let cool… since my school days J) . Eggs are high in protein and have zero carbs.
  4. Vegetables. Non-starchy vegetables such as lettuce, cucumber, celery, etc., are great snacks. They have no real protein, so I recommend eating them with nuts or cheese.
  5. My last low carb diet caused a lot of controversy. I don’t see it as a “health food”, but if you want a low carb meal that has no chemicals and is 100% satisfying, pork chops are it! I know, I know… There are many types of cheese and nuts with low carb vegetables and fruits that you can eat before you get bored. Again, I’m not saying they’re healthy, but because they’re so satisfying and because they’re packed with fiber, fat, and salt, they made it to my top 5.

A low carb diet can help you achieve any diet or fitness goals. If you make sure to stay away from the highly processed bars and drug-laden products, you can’t go wrong. Nuts, fruits, vegetables, and cheese (very little) are the basis of these snacks. Take and combine them as you wish to have a delicious look that suits your needs.
