Chef Daniel Finger, New Chef Tourant For Harborview Hotel & Resort On Martha’s Vineyard
As a published author of Our Love Affairs and Food & Travel and Cooking Secrets, Why and How… I was delighted to discover the culinary talents of Danny, (Daniel Dye Finger).
Danny’s skills are hard to describe…he’s so different. He can whip us all a world-fusion (European and Asian influenced) 4-course meal in no time, with whatever ingredients he has on hand.
I have interviewed over 100 chefs, all over the world, for my books and articles. Danny has one key thing that sets him apart… DESIRE.
Well, since I know his Grandmother, Mother and Father, why should this be surprising, (artists, writers, world travelers, etc.)?
Dan’s mom, Marguerite Jill Dye, told me how much Dan loves to cook, and that’s all it takes… LOV E… I know, because my Vermont daughter, Robin, is a cook because of the love she had when she made her first sandwich the cheese is three years old.
