Ginger Binger: 5 Tasty Ginger Recipes to Try at Home

Ginger Pesto Chicken

What you need:

  • 1 kg. boneless and skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger root

  • 1 spoon of salt

  • 1 tablespoon white sugar

In a medium pan, pour 2-3 cups of lightly salted water and add the chicken breasts. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until cooked. Let the chicken cool in the sauce.
