2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger root

1 spoon of salt

1 tablespoon white sugar
In a medium pan, pour 2-3 cups of lightly salted water and add the chicken breasts. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until cooked. Let the chicken cool in the sauce.
