1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
In a large pan, cook the sausage on medium-high heat, turning occasionally for five minutes. Add heavy cream and Cajun seasoning and bring to a boil. When hot, reduce the heat and let it simmer until the mixture starts to thicken, about 3-4 minutes.
When ready, transfer to a serving plate. Add the Parmesan cheese and add the cooked pasta to the bowl. Stir, let cool for a few minutes before serving.

What you need:

1 cup spaghetti pasta, cooked

1 can be chopped tomatoes
