Why Should You Plant A Food Garden

In the same size as two-bed you can feed your family every day with organically grown new leaves in just a few months. If you have a backyard or live in the city and only have one bed to spare, it’s easier than you think.

Today people can find everything they need to start a backyard vegetable garden. One can purchase containers that can drain the soil as needed, or test the type of soil that has been developed for greater accuracy.

For less than $50 you can buy potting soil and containers, and with the few dollars you spend on seeds, you will be able to feed your family in a few months. You will gain more than just good health from the changes in your metabolism and the way your body detoxes itself. You will also discover the “connections” that created our bodies millions of years ago.

Our digestive system is not built to digest unprocessed foods, even after 100 years since the creation of unhealthy and processed foods, we still don’t see any change to deal with these dangers that pass us by every day. When we put our hands in the soil there is a possibility that we can find a ‘connection’ with our Creator.

There is a connection you will feel, even though it may take a few months after going organic, you will feel that there is more to it than growing carrots or potatoes in your vegetable garden. Although it may be good or bad to see something grow that you were responsible for, you will know deep down that you are making that ‘connection’.

Whether you believe in the Bible or not, the parable of the Garden of Eden is something we can scientifically prove. Any dietitian or nutritionist will tell you to avoid eating processed foods and instead eat foods that are free of toxins.

The Paleo Diet based on the “Primal Blueprint” by Mark Sisson has been extensively researched to prove that our genetic ability to consume processed foods is not perfect. The highly processed foods that we eat every day are now known to cause Cancer and Diabetes which are growing every year at an alarming rate and Diabetes is the fastest growing disease in the world.

The only way is to take action to ‘fit in’ with the reason the Creator put us here in the first place. Our genetics when we eat right give us more energy when we eat healthy and nutritious food so it shows itself.

The basic foundation upon which our bodies evolved over millions of years was built on eating the foods our bodies were designed to eat. The same can be used to treat a new vehicle as specified by the manufacturer.

A car will last a long time if it is treated properly, a healthy car can outlast a car with any problem. If the car is treated properly as shown by the manufacturer it will last longer than not taking care of it.

If we follow the instructions that our creator has shown us based on a systematic study of the best foods we can eat. With all the science and technology we have, we still can’t find a better way to feed ourselves than to eat organic foods as our Creator said. Science has yet to find a good way to eat ourselves.

Creating a food garden should be a topic of conversation for all food groups in the world. It starts with education and knowing that this ‘connection’ is possible by feeding yourself in the best possible way because we are what we eat.
